| Hi, there is a small issue with new installs of WRT where it will close prematurely after opening, this will be fixed in the next release due out in the next day or so. |

| I used Parallels in my Macbook to run the WRT software and after all is downloaded and installed, I agree to terms and when I try to open WRT the software pops up for a second and then disappears??! |

| I have just tested uninstalling and re-installing WRT on a couple of computers here with no problems. Please try the following
Uninstall 'Woolich Racing Tuned' from the Windows Control Panel
Reboot your computer
Make sure you log in as a Windows Administrator
Disable Antivirus software that you may have running on your computer
Download the latest Woolich Racing Tuned Installer from the download page http://www.woolichracing.com/tuned/
Install the Woolich Racing Tuned software using the installer downloaded above
Try running the WRT software.

| Thanks but i don't have changed nothing and it was possible to launch your software but today impossible.
I am in administrator mode.
Impossible to completly download your software from your website, at 3.5 Mo it stops dowloading !
Very strange things happens !

| You need to log into Windows as an Administrator to install and use the Woolich Racing Tuned (WRT) software, the message you are receiving indicates that you are not logged in as an Administrator. |

My PC tells me i don't have authorization appropriate to launch and refuse remove or repair program.
