| When you register or Login in the software, it has to connect to our servers. Please check the following things
Check that you have a working internet connection
Try disabling your internet security program while your register, it may be blocking the application from connecting to our servers |

Software stops responding when registering or login |
| I have downloaded the software, and tried to register but when I click "register" the software stops responding. I get the same result if I try and login. As soon as you finish entering your details and click either register or login, the system stops responding.
I am running Windows 8 with all of the latest updates installed (update performed yesterday). The software version downloaded is v1.1.64.
Could you please provide some guidance as to how to proceed from here? |
