How much current is used by the Logboxpro?

Re: How much current is used by the Logboxpro?
I have been using the 15A fuse for 18 months now and no more blown fuses or any other problem.

Re: How much current is used by the Logboxpro?
I always connect the logbox to the SDS plug ,but the zeitronix is connected to battery ground and for +12 I either tap to the rear brake light wire or below the fusebox at the ignition wire, orange/yellow for Suzukis and Brown/white for kawasakis and never blown any fuse.

Re: How much current is used by the Logboxpro?
The best way to do it, as other have mentioned, is used switched power (From the Ignition) to trigger a relay. Then, your wideband/LBP was drawing directly from the battery. Throwing a 15A fuse in is probably not a huge issue. But, emphasis on probably. 10A isn't a lot, but if it's 20AWG wiring and you're pulling close to 15Amps, it might be enough to make some wires/connectors a little crispy.

Re: How much current is used by the Logboxpro?
I presume you only mean the "Switching curcuit" (85<->86) with the senctence "I have also the ZT3 relais connected to the same source." First time I tried the (old) Logbox and Innovate WB on my B-King, I connected/took the power to this from the same source like you (ignition/injection fuse). Then the fuse blew a couple of times and I took the power to the WB (30<->87 on the relay) *directly* from the battery (with a separate fuse). Ok, it looks like you have a 100% match with my experience. Now I use a 15A fuse, let's see if it fixes the problem. Anyway if you take the +12v to 86 directly from the battery, it is always powered on. Do you have a separate manual switch? I take the "switching power" (85-86) from the wire to the rear breaklight (which is live only when igntion=on). :)

How much current is used by the Logboxpro?
I just blew two 10A fuses on my b-king. The logboxpro takes +12V from the "ignition" line. I have also the ZT3 relais connected to the same source. After the 10A ignition fuse blew two times in a row, I replaced it with a 15A fuse and no problem since. Everything works fine, including to logboxpro and the ZT3, so I can exclude any short circuit. Anybody measured the current abosorbed by the logboxpro and the WB relais?
