| Have been having trouble with intermittently not being able to connect to the ECU for purposes of reading ECU, logging data, and viewing real-time engine data.
I brought my bike to Nels in Seattle and got the harness replaced totally.
We used his logbox to read and write to my ECU with no issues at all. When we hooked my Log Box Pro up, we couldn't get it to log data files or show real time data.
The error message showing was "Customer serial number could not be read".
Reading the ECU worked some times, and not others.
This was from a new harness, so that can't be the issue, and connecting his LogBox never gave any issues reading and writing multiple changes to the ECU during Dyno runs.
Please help, trying to get this working. We were thinking it must be something with the LBP itself.
