| We have found some computers have issues with bluetooth drivers in windows, one of our customers found some toshiba bluetooth drivers which worked and fixed the problem for him. For anyone having these sorts of issues i have added the toshiba bluetooth drivers that the customer sent to us in our downloads links below:
32 bit Windows
Toshiba_Bluetooth_x32.exe
64 bit Windows
Toshiba_Bluetooth_x64.exe
These files are provided without warranty or support, just sharing them in case it helps someone sort the problem out. |

I have a log box pro.. and a computer that is like 1 year old. and according to the error I received A USB 3.0 plug is not compatible with the log box pro.. the error I received insists that you have to use a USB 2.0 plug...... what is up wit this?  |

| No Justin indicated that it could be the bluetooth driver in the laptop being out of date and the laptop and Bluetooth of mine are old.
I could see the LBPM and add it (pair it) as a Bluetooth device but not connect through it
I'll try again and see if the firmware and software updated have changed anything. |

| OK I get the "how to configure" part I can't figure out how to get the WRL software to use the Bluetooth anyone tried it and like to explain
it to me, I can be a little slow sometimes! |
