Re: 2011 zx10r launch control problem |
| Hi, thanks for letting us know about the issue, it was hard to track down as the problem only appears to happen with some bikes, we have just released v3.4.1 of WRT which has a new version of the Race Tools in it, please update WRT to v3.4.1 and then go to Race Tools and you will be prompted to update to v1.0.1 of Race Tools, then write the modified bin file to your ECU. |

Re: 2011 zx10r launch control problem |
| ok been trying different things. even unplugged the shifter completely. think this is a software issue. my software updated to 3.3.8 before i went to cadwell. so with everything working fine before my last flash, im now thinking this can be the only problem with my launch control. could anyone check to see if they have the same issue please and let me no

2011 zx10r launch control problem |
| hi seen to have a problem with my launch control. got the shifter and wiring all plugged in ok, then set it all up in the software and everything was ok no problems. yesterday while at cadwell on trackday, i flashed my ecu using my logbox pro. now what happens is the launch control works in every gear including neutral, with the clutch in or out. when the bike is moving the bike will rev all the way through the rev range. its just when the bike is at a stand still. its like ive got launch control in every gear including neutral. if i disable the launch control in the software the bike revs past the launch limiter no problem. the quickshifter is working fine with no problems. does any one else have this problem or could anyone shed some light on this please
thanks simon |
