| Yes mode switch for the K5 is a black/brown wire,but you are not disconnecting all the main sensor ground,just one of it's clones. |

Did anyone test the pin 57 as shown on this link?

Because on the harness drawing this pin is located to different sensors as TP,IAT, STP.
The pin 57 is called "mode select switch" in the manual of the K5.
In the manual of the K7 is also a "mode select switch" on pin 70.
It is maybe pin 66 or 65, because they are located to ground.
Can anyone help me on this problem?
