sorry for the slow response, we have been super busy for the last few months with the release of new products, shipping and sales etc etc. there was a period where we had to concentrate on a few critical issues so support was a little slower than usual during this period. |

Haven't had a response from email inquiries for three weeks now. That's very unusual as we've always received a reply the next day. Did I miss something? Are the Woolich guys out of pocket or am I in particular on "ignore"? |
