Re: Difference in units / difference in auto-tune defaults |
| WRT uses the raw fuel numbers taken directly from the ECU so you get much better accuracy when tuning, ecueditor divides the fuel numbers by 24.
The Target AFR map in WRT is a good starting point for a NA street/track bike it is fairly lean in the lower part of the IAP map to keep fuel consumption reasonable and targets AFR 13.4 at full throttle for safe maximum power, you can obviously adjust the Target AFR to suit your own goals.
If you are able to read/write with ecueditor, WRT should also work with no problems, please post up what issue you are having. |

Difference in units / difference in auto-tune defaults |
WRT Software and ECUEditor use different units. What are they ? What are the conversion ratio between the two ?
Autotune defaults target AFR values are also different between the 2 software. What are both aiming for ?
So far I have thrusted only EE for read/write of the ECU as I have issues with WRT already with serial number reading !
Thanks. |
