The 21175-0839 uses exactly the same flashing protocol as the other late model Kawasaki Mitsubishi ECU's. Do you know if the ECU has been flashed by one of the send in ECU flashing services? If this is the case it may be locked. You could try the "Tools" => "Unlock ECU" function. |

| Brand new 2013 Kawasaki zx14r. Trying to flash the ecu and it fails to intialize. I flashed a zx10 2 days ago with the same harness succesfully. The interface tests good. My second interface tests good as well. I've spent 2 hours trying every combination of switching on the interface/connecting the bench harness. Yes I followed your tutorial for the order to flash it. I have re installed the driver. Very frustrating for a customer to be standing here for me to perform a service and it not work, again. Any advice? |
