Re: Disabing PAIR Valve FI Code on 09-11 Suzuki GSX-R 1000 b |
The box says "Disable Pair Valve FI Code" so there is no longer any ambiguity on what it does.
Whatever is the PAIR state, the FI Code get disabled, but if you want avoid air injection
you have to physically block or remove the PAIR subsystem.
Many thanks, for the first time I noticed the FI code on the end.... Don't know why I didn't see it previously... |

In the Advanced Settings, if I tic the 'Disable PAIR Valve' box, does this actually disable the PAIR valve when I burn the data back to the ECU ?
Obviously the PAIR valve system has to be turned off all of the time or false AFR readings will occur, but is it better to completely remove it and use blocking plates, or with the tic in the box suffice ?
Cheers,
Sass

Hi, this is something we can look to add the next time we go through and update the definitions on the Suzuki Models. |

Disabing PAIR Valve FI Code on 09-11 Suzuki GSX-R 1000 bin |
Hello All,
I was wondering if it would be possible to modify the 2009-2011 Suzuki GSX-R 1000 US bin file to allow for the option to disable PAIR Valve FI Code and change temperature settings under the advanced options. This choices would be the same as what's available for the 2008 Suzuki GSX-R 1000 and Gen 2 Busa bin. Thanks for your help.
