B king Pair disable

I have just flashed a B king ECU everything appears to be working but i still see the pair valve opening and closing on the live engine data even though i have disabled it. You can see the flash has worked as it has removed the speed restrictions in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BnrTkHeP6ic
