Regardless of what setting the limiter is at higher or lower from the factory
bike in neutral or in gear with clutch in
the bike will rev through to the 11500 rpm of the redline limiter ( i haven't pushed it to the redline but a good 1000 rpm above what is set)
i have rolled the throttle on slowly and blipped with the same result
