| Hi, do you still have your old laptop so we can determine if its the new laptop that is causing the problem? Are you logged in as a Windows Administrator on the new Laptop? Can you see the USB Serial device in Device Manager in windows? |

i changed my laptop and the new box i got to tune the gsxr 1000 isnt working. it sound it sounds like its not communicating with the ecu.. drivers are ok and the ports are also ok |
