| Some computers do not work well when the USB Serial Port in your interface is set to a COM Port number greater than 9. The following guide shows how to change the COM Port Number.
1) Open Device Manager in Windows

2) Expand the "Ports (COM and LPT)" section

3) Locate the "USB Serial Port"

4) Right click the "USB Serial Port" and select "Properties"

5) Click on the "Port Settings" tab and click on the "Advanced" button

6) Select a COM Port less than 10, then click "OK"
