Is the WoolichRacingTuned.exe software infected with a virus or malware: No

Some Anti Virus software incorrectly flags the software as containing a virus or malware. The software does not contain a virus or malware, the false detection is generally due to the Software Protection System we use to protect our software.

You should add the install location (C:\Program Files (x86)\Woolich Racing Tuned) to the exclusion list / safe list (white list) in your Anti Virus software so it is not scanned and falsely detected.
