If you would like to return a Woolich Racing product under warranty please first ensure that the return complies with our
Product Warranty conditions. Please also note that Wideband O2 sensors do not come with a warranty, and are considered a consumable.
To open a warranty case please Open a
Support Ticket and provide us the details of the faults that you are experiencing. Our Support technicians will assist you with verifying the fault, and providing you with the return address, depending on which region you are located in.
You will need to include the following in the package sent back to us:
- Proof of original purchase i.e. PayPal receipt
- Your Current Address for return shipping
- A copy of any email correspondence you have had with Woolich Racing about the problem, or your support ticket number.
We understand it can be frustrating to buy items from international suppliers, especially when things don’t go to plan.
Woolich Racing offers a Return to Base (RTB) warranty which is common practice internationally. The RTB conditions require that you pay for the cost of shipping the item to us in the event of a warranty claim. Once we receive the item and are able to test it, if it is found to be defective then Woolich Racing will pay for the costs of returning the new/replacement product back to the customer. If the item is found to be working correctly or does not comply with the warranty conditions, we will ask you to pay for the return postage also which is standard practice for RTB claims.
Once we have received your item(s), we will test, and reply to you as soon as that is done. We will endeavour to test, repair/replace, and return as soon as possible.
